Assembler/Packer

Job Overview As a valuable member of the Potter Inc. Manufacturing Team, an assembler/packer performs assembly and packing of Potter products. Job Responsibilities Build or assemble product at or above established standard production rates Interpret work orders and pull materials Stack completed cartons on pallets Label cartons Deliver and return raw/finished goods to their proper location Ability to adjust to daily demands in a professional manner Work in other departments as directed Follow Potter Inc. production, quality, and safety standards Keep work area clean Perform work as assigned by the Floor Lead or Supervisor Perform related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Regular and reliable attendance is required Ability to work independently Ability to interpret work instructions accurately Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Physical/mental demands Mange changing demands Ability to work scheduled hours Mental alertness is required to ensure safe and accurate completion of work Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs with assistance Ability to use wire cutters, scissors, drill twist machine and roller cutter Extended sitting or standing for a minimum of 8 hours per day, or longer if overtime is needed Join our team as an Assembler/Packer if you thrive in a fast-moving environment where your skills make a real impact!
