Client Care Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Care Specialist (100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer inquiries through phone and chat services
Provide feature training related to products and services
Maintain customer records and ensure satisfaction with services
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Minimum three years of customer service experience
Basic telephony troubleshooting experience
Minimum two years of technical support experience in a call center environment
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Salesforce tools
