In this role, you will be accountableto meetdepartmental production targets by leading a high-performing team with a strong focus onsafety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will supervise production operators, manage scheduling and workflow, and foster an environment where teamwork, innovation, and accountability thrive.This position partners closely with engineering and othercrossfunctionalteams to ensure smooth communication and seamless operations across all production shifts.WhatYou'llDo
Champion Safety:
Promote and model safe work practices. Partner with EHS to deliver safety training and reinforce a strong safety culture. Monitor the work area for adherence to procedures, restrictions, cleanliness, and potential hazards.Lead & Develop Your Team:
Ensure employees receive effective training and ongoing support. Address performance issues with proper documentation and manage performance reviews and corrective actions ina timelyand consistent manner.Drive Operational Excellence:
Provide clear communicationregardinggoals, expectations, and daily priorities. Collaborate with fellow supervisors, engineering, and management to keep operations aligned and efficient.Ensure Quality Outputs:
Oversee production to ensure output meets quality standards. Support investigations of quality defects, develop and recommend corrective actions, and contribute to document updates andscrapreductioninitiatives.Promote Lean & Continuous Improvement:
Utilize Lean/Six Sigma concepts such as SPC, Kanban, and 6S to streamline operations. Apply PDCA and visual management tooptimizeresource planning, schedule attainment, and daily improvements.Monitor Production Performance:
Trackhourbyhourproduction results and escalate issues promptly.Identifyopportunities for cost reduction, waste elimination, and equipment/process efficiency improvements.Be the First Point of Contact:
Provide day-to-day direction and respond to shift-level concerns, including safety incidents, quality issues, and personnel matters.WhatWe'reLooking For
Minimumof4 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding ofmanufacturing principles with the ability to quickly gain competency inyour specific production moduleAbility to work modified hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysExcellent organizational, planning, and communication skillsAbility to adapt to shifting workforce, environmental, and customer needsProficiencywith Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated experience leading a teamCommitment to employee development, accountability, and engagementDemonstrated alignment withEntegris'PACE ValuesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read and write in EnglishPreferred Qualifications
