With a portfolio that spans luxury properties, affordable housing, retail, and hospitality, it is recognized for shaping urban landscapes through innovative design and long-term vision.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the sales teamRespond to inquiries with clarity, insight, and a strong understanding of the businessManage sales team calendars, appointments, and client-facing activitiesSupport marketing leadership by assisting in the planning and execution of events, client experiences, and promotional initiativesCoordinate, track, and proofread client agreements and related legal documentationMaintain and manage client data, reporting, and CRM systemsOversee marketing materials inventory and distributionServe as a liaison for IT setup and catering coordination for presentationsSupport all client experiences including pre-launch initiativesRequirementsBachelor’s degree required4-6 years of experience supporting a sales team or working in a hospitality or real estateStrong interpersonal skills with a client-service and elevated hospitality mindsetFamiliarity with CRM or membership management systemsExperience coordinating events and marketing initiativesSalary Range$90,000-$120,000
