POSITION SUMMARY Sun Palace Vacation Homes is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Fort Myers Beach, FL. This role is central to daily operations, supporting onsite staff and coordinating vendors. You'll also help ensure each property meets high cleanliness and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction for all stays. You'll serve as a point of coordination between guests, homeowners, and internal teams, providing leadership, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who works well with others, stays organized in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in delivering positive guest experiences through steady execution and teamwork.
