Oven OperatorA.T. Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Oven Operator to support our thermal forming production process. The Oven Operator is responsible for setting up and operating thermal forming equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring efficient production while minimizing scrap and rework. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow established process parameters to maintain consistent product quality.Key Responsibilities:Set up tooling and equipment for the thermal forming process, including proper clamp positioning and graphic registrationLoad raw materials into the machine and unload finished products after the forming cycleOperate and adjust machine process parameters within specified limits based on product requirementsMonitor production to ensure product quality meets company standardsInspect each piece after the thermal forming process and approve or reject based on quality guidelinesIdentify and minimize scrap, rework, and cycle time inefficienciesMaintain accurate process records and production documentationFollow all safety procedures and company policiesPerform additional duties as assigned by supervisorQualifications:Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferredAbility to read and follow work instructions and process specificationsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment setup and adjustmentsAbility to stand for long periods and lift materials as requiredDependable and able to work in a fast-paced production environmentA.T.
