Henley has grown rapidly and is projecting continued Company growth ahead.This is a full-time, nonexempt (hourly) position based out of the Newton, MA office, and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (in office and work from home). The HR Coordinator reports to the HR Operations Lead based out of Irvine, CA.POSITION SUMMARY:The HR Coordinator will assist the HR Operations department in organizing, enhancing and executing a wide variety of HR administrative processes supporting approximately 270 Valvoline Instant Oil Change service centers.
