The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across all HR functions, including compliance, recruitment, HRIS, employee relations, and benefits administration. This role involves the development and management of a high-performing HR team, as well as the oversight of training programs, performance management systems, and workforce development initiatives. The Head of HR will have the opportunity to shape and execute HR strategy and operations in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Applicants for the Head of Human Resources position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of comprehensive HR leadership experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in a nonprofit setting. Experience in union environments is also highly valued. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in all key HR areas and possess the ability to lead and inspire a team. While not mandatory, HR certification is a plus.
