This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working closely with individuals, families, and closely held business owners on complex estate planning, wealth transfer, and fiduciary matters.Key Responsibilities:Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directivesAdvise high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategiesAssist with estate and trust administration, including probate filings and fiduciary guidanceSupport business succession planning and closely held entity structuringConduct legal research and provide analysis on federal and state tax matters related to trusts and estatesMaintain strong client relationships and participate in client meetingsQualifications:2+ years of experience in trust and estate planning REQUIREDStrong drafting skills and attention to detailAdmission to the Ohio BarPerks:Casual environment, great team and cultureLess billable hours compared to average of other firmsGreat work/life balance
