Sr. DevSecOps Engineer

Senior DevSecOps Engineer IIWe are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. This role focuses on integrating security directly into DevOps workflows to support continuous compliance, monitoring, and resilient system operations within classified and mission-critical environments.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerized platforms, CI/CD automation, and security-focused engineering practices. Experience supporting secure enclave or air-gapped environments is highly desired.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines supporting infrastructure and security tool deploymentsAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management across on-prem and cloud environments using IaC toolsIntegrate security controls such as SAST, DAST, container scanning, and compliance validation into DevOps workflowsSupport migration of platforms and applications into secure enclave environments while ensuring system integrity and minimal downtimePartner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to enforce secure configurations, compliance standards, and continuous monitoringImplement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions for infrastructure and application healthTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to build pipelines, deployments, automation, and platform operationsRequired QualificationsActive TS/SCI clearance8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, Software Engineering, or related engineering disciplinesExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormationExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and KubernetesExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOpsExperience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments including VMware and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience implementing security and compliance frameworks including RMF, NIST 800-53, and STIGsExperience integrating security tooling into CI/CD pipelines, including vulnerability scanning and secrets managementProficiency with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShellPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting classified, enclave-based, or air-gapped environmentsExperience with monitoring and observability platformsStrong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience supporting mission-critical or federal government environments
