Client OverviewOur client is a high-end staging firm with offices in major U.S. city hubs. They are known for tailoring their approach to target markets and current design trends, offering full-service staging including furniture and custom design to transform spaces into move-in-ready, high-end homes. In addition to design, they leverage marketing strategies such as photography, social media, and press to promote listings and reach targeted buyers. They are seeking a HR Generalist on a contract basis for the next 3-4 months.Salary/Hourly Rate$35/hr - $40/hrPosition OverviewThe HR Generalist will manage a wide range of human resources functions, with a strong focus on benefits administration and compliance with labor laws. This role will also support recruitment and onboarding efforts while helping to maintain a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.Responsibilities Of The HR Generalist Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave. Educate employees on benefits options, coverage, and eligibility. Manage open enrollment processes, including communication, documentation, and system updates. Coordinate with benefits providers and vendors to resolve issues. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to employee benefits.Required Experience/Skills for the HR Generalist: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR capacity. Hands-on experience administering employee benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement). Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-state employment laws.Preferred Experience/Skills for the HR Generalist: Familiarity with ATS systems such as ADP and Bamboo. Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets for benefits reconciliation, reporting, and payroll deductions.
