Role Description The Director of HR Business Partner at Panelmatic will oversee strategic human resources initiatives to align business objectives with workforce strategies. Responsibilities include driving employee engagement, developing talent acquisition strategies, managing performance, and implementing HR policies while maintaining compliance. The role also involves providing guidance to leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and change management. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Houston, TX. Qualifications Proven experience in human resource management, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.Leadership skills with demonstrated success in team building, coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment.Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess organizational needs and recommend strategic HR initiatives.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.Proficiency in HR software systems and tools to manage workforce data effectively.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
