Job description: HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self‑motivated Salesforce Lead Developer – Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join us in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.   Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer – FSC | Banking | AI & Data Job ID: 103,768 Position Type: Full‑time / Contract Location: Onsite – Tysons, VA   Role / Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce design and development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) including Customer 360, onboarding, KYC, and lending workflows Design and build a unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud Develop AI‑powered solutions using Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI Configure and manage Omni‑Channel routing and digital messaging (chat, voice, queues, agent capacity) Design scalable integration architecture across enterprise and core banking systems Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and drive delivery execution Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams Provide technical leadership and hands‑on development support throughout project lifecycle   Minimum Requirements Academic Qualifications / Level of Education (Optional) Preferably an undergraduate or associate degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
