Job Title: Construction Project ExecutiveLocation: Kansas City, MOOverviewWe’re looking for a seasoned Construction Project Executive to lead large-scale commercial projects in the Kansas City area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on overseeing complex builds, managing high-performing teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive oversight for multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutLead project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractorsDevelop and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat businessOversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk managementCollaborate with design teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignmentEnsure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codesDrive strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across projectsParticipate in business development, including proposals and client presentationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of progressive construction experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record managing large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects ($20M+)Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsDeep understanding of construction methods, contracts, and project delivery systemsExperience with budgeting, scheduling software, and project management toolsPreferred SkillsExperience in the Texas construction marketFamiliarity with LEED or sustainable building practicesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising qualityWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchOpportunities for career growth and leadership developmentA collaborative, results-driven work environment
