Senior Project Manager – Site Development / Heavy CivilWe’re partnering with a growing, well-established construction organization to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead complex site development and heavy civil projects. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that sits at the center of business development, preconstruction, and operations.This person will act as the primary point of contact for clients from contract award through project completion, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget, and schedule.What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary client contact throughout the full project lifecycleLead project execution in partnership with field leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiencyOversee project budgeting, scheduling, and financial performanceDrive project buyout, subcontractor selection, and procurement strategyFacilitate preconstruction planning, design coordination, and value engineering effortsRepresent the project team in owner, architect, and contractor meetingsMonitor costs against budget and proactively address variancesManage scheduling impacts and lead mitigation planningCoordinate invoicing, receivables, and financial reporting with accounting teamsLead project closeout, including punch list and post-project analysisMentor internal teams and collaborate cross-functionally to drive outcomesWhat We’re Looking For:5–10+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or heavy civil project managementBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong experience with project scheduling methodologies (CPM preferred)Background in estimating, field operations, or bothProven ability to manage complex projects and client relationshipsStrong financial acumen and experience managing project budgetsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project/accounting systemsHigh level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to safety
