Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Physics or other Engineering/Science related discipline Experience with programming software languages to include C/C++, Java, JavaScript/Typescript, C#, Swift, Python Open Architecture / Open Mission SystemsSoftware Architect ExperienceJob DescriptionWe are Lockheed MartinWhat You Will Be DoingAs a Software Engineer Principal, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Provide Software Architectural Leadership while Leading/Developing Software Requirements/Architecture/DesignIntegrate features/algorithms into C++ applications with open standardsPlan, conduct, and coordinate technical software development activitiesDesign, develop, document, test, and debug softwarethat contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment.Apply knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software.Correct program errors, prepares operating instructions, compile documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.What’s In It For You: 3 day weekends every weekend!
