Job Description Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Product Test Technician to perform testing and quality inspections on components and finished products. This role is essential to ensure products meet quality standards, identify defects, and support continuous improvement within the manufacturing process.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform product testing and quality inspections on components and finished goodsOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot testing equipment and toolsRecord, analyze, and document test data and results accuratelyIdentify defects, failures, and areas for improvementFollow standard testing procedures and work instructionsConduct final functional testing prior to shipmentPrepare products for shipment as neededMaintain accurate testing documentation and reportsCollaborate with engineering, quality, and production teamsEnsure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulationsRequirementsHigh school diploma required; Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred (Electronics, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or similar)Experience in product testing, quality control, manufacturing, or technology-related environmentsFamiliarity with electronic components, systems, or testing processes is a plusSkills & QualificationsStrong quality inspection and troubleshooting skillsAbility to analyze data and interpret test resultsExperience with technical testing processes and equipmentBasic computer skills (Excel, data entry, reporting)High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to follow procedures and work instructions accurately
