Lead Software Engineer

Overview In this role you will guide the design and delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-ready software that powers Roadrunner’s operations platform. You’ll shape architecture, modernize legacy systems, and establish patterns that sustain long-term growth, quality, and performance. You’ll work across product, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver observable, secure solutions that drive operational efficiency and customer experience.
