Accelsius is developing revolutionary direct-to-chip cooling technology applicable in the data center and in embedded applications such as electric vehicles.Accelsius is seeking a Quality Engineer to help develop and deliver leading-edge cooling solutions. This role will play a key part in driving the implementation and continuous improvement of the company-wide IQMS system. The Quality Engineer will enhance supplier and internal quality by implementing robust quality processes, improving incoming inspection systems, and supporting process owners in documenting and executing processes with excellence across all operations.In addition, this position will support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure products consistently meet customer expectations and applicable standards. This role will work cross-functionally to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Quality, based in Austin, Texas, 100% onsiteQualifications For This Role IncludeB.S. or higher degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 8+ years of experience across manufacturing quality and supplier quality managementDemonstrated experience in Mechanical Systems and methodical Failure Analysis skillsProficient in reading, interpreting Critical to Quality (CTQ) elements from mechanical drawingsAbility to lead a quality management system implementation, sustaining and improvingCertified Lead Quality Auditor or hold credentials to obtain Lead Quality Auditor CertificationExperience conducting Internal, SQ Audits and facilitating Certification Audits : ISO9001Demonstrated skills in structured problem solving and driving robust solutionsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholdersPreferred ExperienceExperience authoring and implementing a Supplier Requirements Handbook Experience implementing and maintaining ISO14001 and ISO45001 certificationsLean Six Sigma Green Belt or higherProficiency with Propel, a system to implement and track IQMS, Demonstrated working knowledge of SPC and statistical software such as Minitab or alikeExperience leading and growing teamsFamiliarity with two-phase cooling technologiesUnderstanding and experience with refrigeration systemsAccelsius offers a competitive salary with stock options, full range of benefits including medical and dental, 401K and open PTO.Accelsius does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
