Role descriptionJob Title: UX/UI Designer with AI/ML Engineering (Contract, Hybrid – Frisco, TX)Duration: 12 monthsPosition Overview:We are seeking a 2 – 4 years’ experience as a skilled UX/UI Designer with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in modern Agentic AI based web development and cloud deployment. The ideal candidate will focus on creating engaging, high-performance user experiences, handling real-time data, and ensuring scalable, cost-effective solutions in a cloud environment. This role involves designing multi-tenant content management, distinguishing and scoring agent vs. human-generated content, and building trust and transparency with users.Key Responsibilities: (Mandatory)Design user-centric, AI-assisted design workflows, intuitive interfaces to enhance customer and user experiences.Have an Architectural Thinking for Layouts, act as a Product Manager and generate a Product Requirements Document (PRD) and build wireframes.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into compelling designs using Miro and Figma Make.Develop and implement front-end interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS, ensuring responsiveness and performance.Work closely with backend developers utilizing Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, and Python to integrate real-time data streams and APIs.Handle real-time data modulation, latency reduction, and performance optimization to deliver seamless user interactions.Deploy and manage scalable web applications on Azure Web Apps, ensuring high availability and cost efficiency.Manage multi-tenant content, including agent vs. human-generated content, with scoring mechanisms to ensure content quality and trust.Contribute to deploying transparent, trustworthy applications that promote user confidence.Optimize application architecture for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.Implement strategies for handling large-scale content, improving latency, and elevating system performance.Assist in establishing best practices for deploying cloud-based web apps and maintaining system security and compliance.Stay informed on emerging AI/ML trends to incorporate relevant features and improvements into user designs.Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating innovative, user-friendly interfaces.Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and Miro, Adobe Firefly, Claude CodeProficiency in front-end development using React.js and Tailwind CSS.Practical experience with back-end technologies: Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, Django, Flask and Python.Proven experience deploying and managing web applications on Azure Web Apps.Strong understanding of real-time data handling, data modulation, latency management, and performance tuning.Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, especially in content scoring, agent vs. human content differentiation, and building trustworthy systems.Experience in multi-tenant content management and security considerations.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and transparency through thoughtful design and technical collaboration.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate across teams.Preferred Skills:Experience with AI/ML-powered application design.Familiarity with cost optimized cloud deployments.Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and compliance.Other detailsSalary range $60000 to $91500
