Full Stack Developer
The Full Stack Developer performs high complexity (system-level) analysis, design, development, and unit testing of scalable applications and data solutions. This role focuses on building cloud-native, data-driven systems using Python and AWS services. The candidate is also responsible for resolving defects identified during testing cycles and supporting production environments.
Key Responsibilities
l Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications and data pipelines
l Build scalable data processing solutions using distributed frameworks (e.g., PySpark)
l Develop and optimize batch and real-time data workflows
l Build backend services and APIs
l Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS (serverless and container-based architectures)
l Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
l Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
l Support CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production operations
Top 5 Required Skills (Hard Filter – Mandatory)
l Strong Python development experience (hands-on, production-level)
l Experience with distributed data processing (PySpark)
l Strong SQL skills with experience in large-scale data environments
l Hands-on experience with AWS core services, including:
S3, Redshift, RDS
Lambda, EC2, ECS, EMR, AWS Batch
Experience building scalable data pipelines (batch and/or real-time processing)
5 Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
l Experience with data processing libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Polars
l Experience building APIs / backend services (RESTful / microservices)
l Experience with event-driven and cloud-native architectures
l Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and CI/CD practices
l Experience working in large-scale enterprise data platforms (e.g., Redshift / EMR-based ecosystems) and handling high-volume financial or analytical datasets
Technical Environment
l Languages: Python
l Data Processing: PySpark, NumPy, Pandas, Polars
l Databases: SQL, RDS, Redshift
l Cloud Platform: AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, ECS, EMR, AWS Batch, Step Functions, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, ALB, API Gateway, ECR)
Education & Experience
l Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
l Typically 5–10 years of relevant software development experience
l Proven experience delivering applications of similar scope and complexity
l Focus is Python + Data Engineering + AWS, not legacy full-stack
l Candidates must have hands-on AWS experience, not just theoretical exposure
l Prior experience in enterprise-scale data environments preferred.
