They are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to drive high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns across social media platforms.About the RoleAs a Creative Strategist , you will lead the creative direction for paid advertising campaigns, collaborating closely with media buyers, video editors, and graphic designers. Your role is to create ads with purpose , ensure quality and consistency, and optimize creative performance based on data and market trends.You will work on Monday.com and Slack to manage briefs, tasks, and feedback loops efficiently. This role requires someone who is analytical, highly creative, fast-working, and perfectionist , capable of maintaining the highest standards of ad quality.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch winning ad concepts using Ads Library, AfterLib, spy tools, TikTok, Reels, YouTube, etc.Adapt successful ad concepts to our brand identity and campaignsCreate detailed creative briefs for video editors and designers, including reasoning, inspiration, and structureProvide precise feedback to designers and editors to ensure ads match the intended visionWork closely with media buyers to understand campaign objectives and optimize creative performanceParticipate in continuous feedback loops to improve ad iterations and performanceContent Sourcing & ManagementFind and organize relevant content from online sources, storing it in platforms like Frame.io or Google DriveIdentify key moments in video content to be used in ads (e.g., seconds 27)Ensure fast-paced, attention-grabbing ad sequences (24 seconds per shot)Performance & AnalysisTrack testing data to ensure ads are purposeful and effectiveAvoid unnecessary testing and focus on strategies that improve resultsAnalyze ad performance to inform future creative iterationsRequirementsProven experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role for paid adsStrong understanding of social media advertising across Meta, TikTok, and other platformsAbility to create high-performing, fast-paced video and static ad contentAnalytical mindset and ability to interpret testing dataExceptional communication skills and teamwork mentalityPerfectionist attitude with strong attention to detailHighly organized and able to manage multiple briefs and creative projects simultaneouslyWhat We OfferB2B contract with a salary range of $4,000Fully remote role, 8 hours/day from any timezoneOpportunity to work with multiple high-growth e-commerce brandsCreative freedom to influence paid ad campaigns and outputsA performance-driven environment where your work directly impacts brand growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
