Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager, Contract to join client In working with the Sales team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced and fluid environment. You’ll help analyze and optimize campaign performance, strategically plan branded and performance video campaigns, and lead complex platform work streams.What you’ll do:Dive deep into campaign performance data; guide KPI driven measurement strategies, identify performance trends, optimize campaigns to achieve results, and provide recommendations for upsell and pitch opportunitiesLead projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaborationPartner with Sales (Account Management / Client Partners), and cross-functional partners (ie. Creative Strategists, Marketing Science) throughout the RFP and pitch process to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns, bringing measurable ROI for our clientsCollaborate on the creation of collateral for product update discussions, education for advertisers and agencies on client’s new and existing products, and consultation on best practices to drive optimal performance and innovative campaignsDevelop best-in-class case studies that deliver a constantly evolving test-and-learn agenda across the categoryRequired Skills:Advanced Excel, Keynote and PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insightsIncredibly data driven, with deep understanding of advertising performance metricsProven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of managementExpert understanding of advertising performance metricsDeep understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changesAbility to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detailExceptional communication skills; both written and verbalExceptional organizational and prioritization skillsRequired Education: BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experienceRequired Years of Experience:Experience in the digital media industry with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field5+ years working with clients to understand the brand strategy, product attributes, main competitors, and major issues facing their business, while performing in-depth data analysis to create stories that drive campaign performance, delivering both short and long term strategiesDeep familiarity via hands-on-keyboard experience with client's and/or similar social/programmatic ad buying platforms; 3+ years full funnel campaign activation and measurement experience within Awareness, Consideration and Conversion tactics (with sufficient Pixel familiarity and expertise)
