Project Engineer, Semi

What to ExpectWe're seeking a hands-on engineer that's passionate about designing and refining systems for the Semi, enabling product improvements across the vehicle combination. Working directly on the Semi Engineering team and alongside mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, this role will own development of cross-functional features that will enable customers to realize the lowest total cost of ownership, enable autonomous operations, and expand the Semi's market reach.What You'll DoLead a cross-functional group of engineers to design and integrate multi-system solutions for the Semi and associated trailersCoordinate cross-disciplinary efforts to ensure seamless interaction between mechanical, electrical, and software systemsDefine specifications and requirements for relevant systemsBuild and test prototypes to validate performance of solutionsBuild and test prototypes to validate designs and evaluate potential new products, applications, and duty cyclesCollaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineersWhat You'll BringDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering, or equivalent experienceExperience in mechanical, electrical, or software design, preferably in automotive, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
