Above all, we take pride in our people, collaboration, and the standards of excellence that guide everything we do.About The RoleWe're hiring an Inventory / Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of inventory accuracy, rotation discipline, and the overall flow of merchandise through our warehouse.This is a hands-on, floor-present leadership role. If you've reduced shrink and dumping in a perishables operation before — and you can prove it — we want to talk to you.What You'll DoOwn inventory accuracy across every SKU. Investigate variances. Drive root-cause fixes that measurably reduce shrink.Enforce FIFO / FEFO across receiving, putaway, and picking. Build the routines, signage, and audits that make rotation automatic.Flag aging and short-coded product daily. Get it in front of sales early enough to move at full margin instead of dumping it.Improve merchandise flow from dock to door. Spot bottlenecks. Fix them.Set and publish KPIs for shrink, dump, turn, and accuracy. Weekly scorecard. Visible, measurable progress.Coach the warehouse team on rotation, labeling, and inventory hygiene.Partner with purchasing on order sizing and lead times so we stay lean without stocking out.5+ years in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse management — with direct produce, food, or perishables experienceHands-on WMS / ERP proficiency (Famous, Produce Pro, NetSuite, SAP, Blue Yonder, or similar)Fully bilingual English / Spanish — able to lead, train, and communicate clearly with warehouse teams in both languagesStrong Excel and analytical skills; comfortable turning inventory data into reports leadership will trustVisible, hands-on floor leadership — builds trust with warehouse staff and holds the line on rotation standardsA track record of measurably reducing shrink, dump, or write-offs in a perishables environmentNice to haveExperience in a high-volume distribution or wholesale operationLean / Six Sigma or formal continuous-improvement trainingFamiliarity with USDA, FDA, or FSMA requirements for food handling and traceabilityWhat we offerCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and holidays401K Plan with matchbingA high-visibility role reporting directly to senior operations leadership — your impact on shrink and dump will be tracked, recognized, and rewarded
