This role ensures optimal product availability to meet forecasted demand by account, managing customer orders from allocation to on-time delivery. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and HQ to secure short-term supply, balance inventory levels, and minimize aging stock to meet monthly sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Planning & Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate short-term (6 months) demand forecasts for the assigned product category (audio products) using historical data, market trends, and cross-functional insights. Manage and operate weekly demand forecasts by SKU/site level to update top-line forecasts and secure short-term supply.PSI & Allocation Management: Proceed with PSI/SCP activities to ensure on-time, right-quantity allocation and delivery. Input weekly AP2 forecasts to maximize product allocation by each account and site. Track weekly customer orders and process them to meet delivery deadlines.Logistics & Order Operations: Operate logistics processes including order diversion and stock transfers. Read, prepare, interpret, and understand information from various sales, purchase, and transfer orders.Inventory & Sales Support: Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to balance inventory investment against service level targets. Coordinate with HQ for optimal production scheduling and supplier management. Monitor sales order receiving and shipping processes to secure monthly sales targets.Reporting & Analysis: Analyze and publish daily/weekly operating reports (PSI/SCP) and weekly ATS/aging reports to maximize monthly sales and minimize inventory. Manage weekly MPO and factory aging inventory.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Management, Business Management, Sales, Operations, and senior management to align on new product launches, promotions, and supply chain performance.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.Experience: 3–4 years of experience in supply chain management, data analysis, and logistics operations.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hand-on experience with SAP.Core Competencies: General knowledge of supply chain operations, ability to identify standard problems and recommend method/date changes, willingness to take initiative, and capability to orientate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
