B2BAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President of Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Operations to lead its Value-Based Care (VBC) programs for kidney disease. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general management and oversight of VBC programs, clinical outcomes, and physician partnerships. This executive role is pivotal in the company's mission to provide comprehensive, holistic care to patients with kidney disease, ultimately reducing medical complications and improving overall healthcare costs. The VP will be accountable for a significant annual medical cost under management, and will work closely with nephrology practices and other healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and deliver favorable economic results. The role also involves leading the development and execution of clinical interventions, maintaining collaborative relationships with management and partner physicians, and participating in business development activities.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational leadership, with at least 8 years' experience, and a proven track record in managing robust, regional teams. Experience in value-based care and a background in healthcare, particularly in a clinical setting, are preferred. The role requires a leader with strong operations and business acumen, who is also an engaging and fun culture-builder. Key responsibilities include managing a budget, driving performance metrics, and leading a team of clinical and non-clinical staff. The VP will be expected to have a hands-on approach, including assessing and driving business performance, building physician relationships, and coordinating key initiatives across the enterprise.
