Landscape Installation - Crew Member

Position Overview Greenlife Gardens is seeking a Landscape Install Crew Member to support installation crews in completing residential and commercial landscape projects safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens' quality standards. This is a hands-on position focused on performing installation work, following direction from the Install Foreman and Assistant Foreman, and contributing to a productive and professional jobsite.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform landscape installation work including hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, and related scopeFollow daily work plans and direction provided by the Install Foreman and Assistant ForemanAssist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handlingMaintain quality standards and proper installation techniquesWork efficiently to help projects stay on schedule and within budgeted hoursCommunicate jobsite issues or concerns to the Foreman or Assistant ForemanOperate tools and equipment safely and properlyMaintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsiteCare for company tools, vehicles, and equipmentSupport other crew members as needed to complete project objectivesQualificationsPrevious landscape or construction experience preferred but not requiredAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical laborDependable attendance and punctualityValid driver's license preferredPreferred ExperienceExperience with hardscape or landscape installationExperience using hand tools and small equipmentInterest in developing skills and advancing within the companyCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceBonus potential based on performanceHealth/Dental/Vision insurance options401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysAdvancement opportunities within a growing organizationWhy Greenlife Gardens
