Role 3: DeFi Servicing & VLOS BSAPlano, TXFTE6 - 8 years of experienceJob Description- Basics of SQL- Defi knowledge- Knowledge of Snowflake- System Management: Provide system support for and manage daily operations within the Defi Servicing and VLOS (Vehicle Lending Origination System) platforms.- Loan Operations: Oversee ongoing loan servicing activities, including payment collection, escrow analysis, and processing paid loans, ensuring all procedures are compliant with internal and regulatory standards.- Reconciliation & Reporting: Lead daily and monthly cash reconciliations between servicing systems and bank statements, resolving discrepancies and ensuring audit readiness.- DeFi Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and categorize DeFi transactions across various blockchains, integrating these solutions into existing systems and applications.- Process Improvement: Drive automation initiatives, converting manual workflows into efficient, technology-enabled processes to improve accuracy and scalability.- Risk & Compliance: Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to loan servicing and ensure departmental compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards in both TradFi and DeFi contexts.-Roles & responsibilities:- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with precision and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.- Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills (Macros are a plus).- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple high-impact initiatives.- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and degree in accounting and finance is desired.Generic Managerial Skills, If any
