Location: Arlington, Oregon, USAProject Duration: Based on project needsWork Modality: On SiteEmployment Type: Full-Time / Project-BasedPosition OverviewEOSOL Group is seeking a QC Manager to support a utility-scale solar project located in Arlington, Oregon (100+ MW).The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring that corporate Quality Management System (QMS) requirements are effectively translated into field execution. The role will serve as the primary quality representative on-site, driving continuous improvement, turnover readiness, inspection compliance, and quality assurance across all project activities.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain project quality programs in alignment with corporate QMS requirements.Translate quality procedures, standards, and policies into practical field execution plans.Coordinate turnover processes and ensure readiness of quality documentation packages.Verify completion of critical-to-quality inspections and hold points.Conduct quality audits, inspections, and field assessments.Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.Identify quality risks, deficiencies, and non-conformances before they impact project execution.Lead root-cause investigations and corrective/preventive action processes.Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new quality processes.Coordinate closely with Construction Managers, Site Managers, QA/QC Inspectors, and subcontractors.Track and manage punch lists, turnover documentation, and close-out activities.Prepare quality reports, metrics, and project performance dashboards.Participate in client quality meetings and represent the project during audits and inspections.Requirements:QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related field.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, QA/QC, or Construction Quality roles.Experience on utility-scale solar, renewable energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects.Previous experience as a QC Manager or Senior QA/QC professional preferred.Experience managing turnover, commissioning, and project close-out documentation.Technical KnowledgeQuality Management Systems (QMS).Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).NCR management and corrective actions.Root Cause Analysis methodologies.Construction quality processes and documentation control.Familiarity with commissioning and turnover processes.SoftwareMicrosoft Office Suite.Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms preferred.LanguageEnglish proficiency required.Key CompetenciesLeadership and decision-making.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail.Communication and stakeholder management.Continuous improvement mindset.Ability to work independently in field environments.
