Role Description This is an on-site role (several locations available in the Gulf coast region) for a Construction QAQC Manager. The QAQC Manager will oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control processes for energy infrastructure projects, reviewing designs, managing compliance with construction standards, and facilitating risk management. The role involves conducting inspections, ensuring adherence to project specifications, providing technical guidance, and collaborating closely with engineering and construction teams to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly. Qualifications Strong understanding of QAQC processes, including design reviews, inspection protocols, and regulatory requirementsFamiliarity with energy infrastructure projects, including power plants, energy storage, grid systems, and renewable technologiesPractical experience in risk management, project execution, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) oversightProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering specificationsExceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to mentor and facilitate knowledge transfer between technical experts and less experienced team members.Proven experience in quality assurance and construction management, with a strong eye for details
