ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Keyholder is an in-store position, that helps maintain the superior level of customer service and store maintenance we are known for. You'll have the opportunity to lead one of our best-in-class stores and will also become an expert in footwear and foot health. You will be able to share your knowledge with customers and staff to provide the best level of service possible.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Training rate of $18.00 per hour
Upon completion of training, employees convert to 12% commissions. Performance based with no cap on earnings. There is a guaranteed hourly rate for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opening and closing duties
Store merchandising
Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
Maintaining a high level of person sales, setting the pace on the sales floor.
Assisting with staff training and supervision when necessary
Inventory management
Processing and reporting sales transactions
Assist the manager with employee training and development.
Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently.
HOURS:
Open 7 days a week. Operating hours may be dictated by the location.
Full-time position (above 30 hours per week)

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of one year in fashion retail, required.
One year of retail supervisory experience, preferred.
At least two years of work experience involving cash handling, required.
Available for full day shifts, including weekends.
