Club Director Lead a vibrant, purpose-driven Club (Adult Day Health Center) where older adults experience connection, dignity, and joy. Oakwood Creative Care is seeking a dynamic Club Director to lead our East Mesa Day Club. This is a high-impact, front-facing leadership roleideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong team leadership, and is passionate about dementia care and innovative aging services. Think of this role as a blend of operations leader, culture builder, and experience curator-setting the tone each day for both staff and members. What You'll Do Lead daily club operations, staffing, and flow Create an engaging, joyful, and high-quality member experience Supervise and support team performance and development Ensure compliance with DHS, AAA, VA, and other regulatory standards Oversee member enrollment, care coordination, and documentation Build strong relationships with families and serve as a trusted resource Drive a culture of energy, creativity, and person-centered care What You Bring Experience leading teams in healthcare, adult day, or related settings Strong knowledge of dementia care and aging populations High energy, adaptability, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for mission-driven, community-based care
