Without human-centered thinking, connected products are just standalone things—but with it, our modern connected products facilitate a unified way of life enjoyed by all.We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to design and deliver scalable enterprise applications and drive the adoption of AI/GenAI capabilities within client-facing solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development of enterprise Java Full Stack applicationsDesign scalable backend services, APIs, user interfaces, and data integrationsIntegrate AI/GenAI capabilities into applications to improve automation, productivity, and user experienceIdentify opportunities to leverage LLMs, AI APIs and AI-assisted workflows within business applicationsDrive architecture, code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practicesLead client onboarding and maintenance-related application enhancementsMentor developers and collaborate with business, product, infrastructure, and operations teamsRequired SkillsStrong hands-on Java Full Stack development experienceJava, REST APIs, modern front-end frameworks, databases, and microservicesExposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, AI APIs, or AI application integrationCI/CD, automated testing, Git, and cloud/DevOps practicesStrong application architecture and technical leadership skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementPreferred: Experience developing AI-enabled enterprise applications and client onboarding/maintenance solutions.Compensation: - $ 130,000 + COLA + Performance Bonus + Full benefits.
