ReactJS Developer

Overview In this role you will lead front-end development for dynamic UIs using React, shaping architecture and best practices across projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fast, scalable interfaces and mentor developers to uphold high code quality. You’ll drive adoption of new React patterns and technologies while focusing on performance and responsive design. ResponsibilitiesLead front-end development efforts using React to build responsive, dynamic UIsDefine front-end architectural decisions and enforce best practices across projectsImplement responsive UI designs with modern CSS, optimizing speed and scalabilityMentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct advanced code reviewsDrive adoption of new technologies and best practices within the team Key requirements3–4 years of hands-on front-end/UI experience with strong React focus5+ years total front-end/UI experience with expert React proficiencyProficiency in React paradigms (hooks, context API, router)Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil)CSS/SASS/SCSS, CSS-in-JS, responsive design, design systemsNode.js and npm for build processes; familiarity with Webpack or ViteExperience with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright)Git and GitHub workflowsFamiliarity with Micro Frontends (MFEs)Familiarity with monorepos/tools like NxCI/CD understanding and pipelinesDocker and deployment to OpenShift or KubernetesExperience integrating REST/GraphQL APIsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsTypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+) expertiseleadershipmentoringproblem-solvingReact (expert-level, patterns, performance)State management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil)CSS-in-JS and advanced CSS techniques
