Property Manager / Tenant Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Property Manager / Tenant Relations Coordinator to join our property management team. This role will be the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring a positive rental experience while supporting smooth property operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and skilled at balancing tenant relations with operational responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for apartment tenants, representing the company with professionalism and care.Respond promptly and effectively to tenant questions, inquiries, and concerns.Review and approve rental applications in alignment with company policies.Draft and process lease agreements; manage scheduling and execution of lease renewals.Answer and manage calls through the main company phone line, providing accurate and timely information.Oversee maintenance coordination, including:Monitoring and tracking work order tickets.Assigning work orders to vendors and contractors.Communicating with tenants on the status of repairs and updates.Compile and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance operations and communication processes.Collaborate closely with property managers on-site to ensure consistency and quality of service.QualificationsPrior experience in property management, tenant relations, leasing, or a related customer service role preferred.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to handle tenant interactions professionally.Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in property management software, ticketing systems, or CRM tools a plus.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
