Company Description The Consortium of Independent Immunology Clinics (CIIC) is a physician-founded group purchasing organization supporting independent allergy and immunology practices. CIIC provides access to contracts, procurement support, and operational infrastructure to help practices thrive in a buy-and-bill environment. By facilitating aggregated purchasing and addressing challenges in procurement and reimbursement, CIIC supports practices in delivering consistent care. Focused on operational and purchasing needs, CIIC is committed to advocacy, patient access, and advancing the specialty of allergy and immunology across the United States. Its members include board-certified allergists and immunologists dedicated to high-quality specialty care. Role Description This is a full-time remote role within the GPO Member Services Support Team. The position involves engaging with member practices to support their operational needs, providing assistance with procurement processes, and helping manage contract access and compliance. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining up-to-date member resources, conducting data analysis for purchasing trends, and contributing to the development of educational materials. As part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring member satisfaction and operational excellence for allergy and immunology practices. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with an ability to assist member practices effectivelyExperience in procurement processes and contract administrationAbility to analyze purchasing data and identify trends to improve practicesProficiency in developing and maintaining organized member resourcesStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailProficient in relevant software tools and comfortable working remotelyPrior experience in healthcare, especially in buy-and-bill environments, is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
