NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Global Program Manager to join our client’s team in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid, direct hire position.SALARY: $150,000 – $160,000 base (depending on experience). Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.Requirements5+ years of mature customer-facing experience in Program Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or ImplementationEnterprise customer ownership, influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating, and managing difficult customersImplementation and adoption experience, owning outcomes beyond managing project plansAnalytical skills with comfort in Excel, finance, treasury, or tax dataIndependence, resilience, resourcefulness, and organizational skills to operate in ambiguityResponsibilitiesOwn enterprise programs end-to-end, including implementation, rollout, adoption, and ongoing lifecycle managementManage 8–12 programs or accounts with strong organization, KPIs, and attention to detailLead client relationships across Treasury, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and executivesDrive program adoption, optimization, and growth by identifying opportunities and enhancing performanceAct as a strategic advisor, navigating ambiguity, resolving issues, and coordinating internal teamsMonitor program KPIs, develop plans for continual improvement, and ensure measurable client outcomesManage program data and track critical metrics in CRM and project management toolsInfluence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levelsIdentify and implement opportunities for process and program improvementsNextpath Workforce SolutionsNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
