Program DescriptionUptake Alliance is an intersectional community of corporates, startups, policymakers, investors, and academics built to create the market conditions for frontier climate ventures to thrive. Launched in September 2023 by ADL Ventures and supported by NYSERDA, Uptake's mission is to ensure the adoption of market-ready climate technologies. While that does set an audacious bar, we believe that by bringing together startups with interesting solutions and corporates with vexing technical challenges, we can design win-win situations and create a regenerative impact on our climate future.Uptake Alliance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Project Coordinator/Assistant to support our corporate-led innovation program. This position is critical to ensure the smooth delivery of this NYSERDA sponsored program. We are looking for someone who is well organized, proactive, and capable of managing and coordinated a myriad of tasks and competing priorities.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of program activitiesTrack and report progress on the delivery of milestones, tasks, and initiativesProvide administrative assistance for the team including, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and meeting notes, and manage program documentationService a point of contact for internal team to coordinate activities across the programMaintain the program's project management database (Airtable) to facilitate clear, robust, and on-time reporting on program progress to internal and external stakeholdersMaintain the program's document repository (Google drive), keeping the team well organizedAssist and organizing program events and meetings and respond to ad hoc requests of the Program Director and senior staffRequirements1-3 years experience in a similar project coordination or administrative support roleBachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related fieldStrong organization and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and an ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, experience with airtable a plusLOCATION - NY State or MassachusettsBenefits○ Performance bonus (up to 15%)○ Additional incentives based on exceptional company and individual performance above plan○ Participation in the company's equity plan○ Company sponsored 401(k)○ Medical, dental, and vision benefits○ Life insurance○ Hybrid/remote work environment○ Unlimited vacation policy○ Telecommuter allowances
