The Litigation Paralegal will provide support by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing case files, assisting with pleadings and motions, and working closely with attorneys to advance client cases. Responsibilities will include maintaining case files, managing discovery processes, and facilitating efficient communication among legal team members.QualificationsProficient in Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewStrong skills in Legal Research and understanding case lawExperience in drafting Pleadings and MotionsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in legal software and tools is preferredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related fieldCertification as a Paralegal or equivalent experience is a plus
