We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and values professionalism, teamwork, and precision.Key Responsibilities:Draft and prepare pleadings, disclosures, discovery requests, subpoenas, and court filings in compliance with Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.Manage case calendars, deadlines, and client communication.Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and hearing materials.Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.Support attorneys in all aspects of case preparation, settlement, and trial.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in Utah family law (divorce, custody, parent-time, support, and protective orders).Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Utah e-filingExceptional organization, attention to detail, and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision.Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.Bilingual a plusMust be able to successfully complete 30-90 days of probation at $25.00 per hour before salary starts.Why Join Us:Competitive pay based on experienceFlexible Schedule40 hours of paid vacation7 paid holidays off
