This strategic position demands a leader who can ensure operational excellence, scalability, and robust risk management within a complex, global investment organization. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end investment operations, partnering with deal teams, and maintaining operational consistency across various strategies and geographies. The role also involves front office partnership, investor engagement, and governance of fund-level policies and controls. Applicants for the Fund COO role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in private equity investment operations, fund operations, or platform leadership, with a proven track record of senior-level operation within a large, complex PE organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of private equity fund structures, valuation methodologies, and investor reporting standards, as well as significant experience in engaging with institutional investors. Strong leadership, a commercial mindset, and exceptional attention to detail are essential.
