About the Opportunity:The Senior Technical Operations Specialist role focuses on enhancing the dealer experience by serving as the primary point for resolving technical and operational issues. This position is responsible for managing product configurations, driving user adoption, and implementing automation to streamline processes. The role contributes by reducing manual effort, accelerating resolutions, and ensuring high-quality technical support that empowers dealer-facing teams.3. Responsibilities:• Collaborate with the Technology team on Salesforce configuration, testing, and management.• Develop Books of Business, Reporting, and Dashboards.• Promote user adoption through training, documentation, and communication.• Triage and resolve complex user inquiries and reporting issues.• Document processes and facilitate cross-training to reduce operational risks.• Identify and implement workflow automations using tools like Salesforce, ZenDesk, Jira, and Make.• Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline ticket triage and enhance communications.• Evaluate and deploy emerging AI and automation technologies to improve efficiency.4. Requirements:• Proven experience in business operations with knowledge of technology platforms.• Experience with enterprise CRM or Customer Success platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, Zendesk, or Gainsight.• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.• Data literacy with the ability to interpret and translate data into recommendations.• Demonstrated use of AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini.• Experience building workflow automations using Salesforce Flow, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar.• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.• Automotive industry experience preferred.• Agile, Six Sigma, or Project Management certification preferred.• Experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and familiarity with low-code or scripting tools (Python, Apex) preferred.• Bachelor''s degree in Technology or Business preferred.• Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.5.
