Mechanical Engineer - Custom Manufacturing Batesville, Mississippi If you're a Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving practical engineering problems in a manufacturing environment and wants to grow into increasingly complex engineering responsibilities over time, this is the opportunity you've been looking for. This role supports the design, development, and manufacturing of custom-engineered power generation products, including generator enclosures, fuel tanks, structural assemblies, and related equipment supporting critical infrastructure and large facilities' (i.e. data centers) backup power systems. You won't be sitting in a cubicle creating the same drawing every day. You'll work directly with fabrication, production, and manufacturing teams to solve real engineering challenges and help bring engineered products from concept through production. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers early in their careers who want exposure to both engineering design and manufacturing while building the technical foundation for future responsibilities involving structural validation, FEA, load analysis, and customer-facing engineering. Location Considerations This position is based in Batesville, Mississippi. Batesville is a smaller rural community. Many younger professionals who relocate to the area choose to live in nearby Oxford, home to the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). Oxford is approximately 35-40 minutes from the facility.
