OB/GYN Hospitalist | Palm Springs, CA | 24-Hour Shifts | No CallThis is a true OB Hospitalist model with no call, 24-hour shifts, and approximately 7 shifts per month for full-time. Strong support, predictable scheduling, and never on shift alone with consistent subspecialty backup.You are never on shift alone and work alongside another OB Hospitalist at all times.This is a strong option for OB/GYN physicians looking to step away from call-heavy private practice or unpredictable schedules.We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join a well-established hospitalist team in Palm Springs, California. This is a permanent opportunity offering a balanced schedule, excellent clinical support, and a desirable lifestyle location.This role is ideal for OB/GYN physicians seeking a hospitalist model focused on Labor and Delivery, inpatient care, OB triage, and shift-based scheduling.Schedule:• Approximately 7 to 8 24-hour in-house shifts per month for full-time• Option for approximately 5.5 shifts per month with benefits eligibility• No call responsibilities• Predictable block-style schedulingPractice Setting:• 2 OB Hospitalists in-house at all times• Approximately 60 deliveries per month• 30-bed Level III NICU supporting 23+ week newborns• Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Neonatology support available• Responsibilities include OB triage, delivery attendance, patient management, surgical assists, and ER coverage• Teaching opportunities with residents, fellows, and medical studentsYou will never be on shift alone and will have consistent subspecialty backup.Compensation and Benefits:• Competitive hourly structure with annual earnings around $370K for full-time• Additional bonus potential• Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more• Relocation assistance availableRequirements:• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology• Active California license or willingness to obtain• OB Hospitalist experience preferred• Must live locally or be willing to relocate• No visa sponsorship availableLocation:Palm Springs offers year-round sunshine, access to outdoor activities, and a more relaxed pace compared to coastal California markets while still maintaining a strong healthcare infrastructure.Howdy, I am Josh Turner with MUVE Healthcare.
