The Senior Administrative Assistant will have the responsibility to support the Director of Nursing Education with administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, file management, and note taking. This Assistant will also support the product management team in delivery of our products, data analytics tagging, reporting, and other projects needed to move the business forward.Duties & Responsibilities The Senior Administrative Assistant primary responsibilities include:Manage the director's calendar, including making appointments, and prioritizing the most critical mattersOrganize meetings, including scheduling, and sending remindersProvide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and taking notesAssist with monthly reporting and operating review by collating information and taking on special projects to provide insight into our businessComplete other administrative duties as needed, such as help with travel planning, expense reports, and product‐specific activitiesOrganize and maintain digital files for the team, create an organization and help the team comply with posting filesOwn the product set‐up process in our metadata and distribution system; complete product set‐up, as well as troubleshoot issues in collaboration with inventory and sales operations teamsTag our products and build reports to help drive data insight and outcomes; includes building surveys and guidesUsing Salesforce to pull relevant reports and input information on subject matter experts back into Salesforce for our Sales Team to accessUse data to track monthly key performance indicators on our various products, including activations, trial information, NPS scores, and determine retention rates and complete other data related projectsEnsure that we are set up to pay appropriate royalty on digital productsInterface with the entire Nursing team, including other functions such as sales, marketing, sales operations, and inventory to support the product lineQualificationsEducation: High School Diploma (or equivalent), associate degree, or college degree (BA/BS)-preferredExperience: 1+ year of related experience to job duties described aboveDesired AttributesStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyOrganization and planning skillsAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to develop understanding of complex processesPersistenceProfessionalism and integrityFlexible and adaptable to changing environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
