Carpenter/Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks and labor duties within the restoration industry. Responsibilities - Perform installation, stucco work, and tile laying tasks - Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively - Conduct door hanging, fixture installation, and frame carpentry - Assist in general maintenance person duties as needed - Execute restoration projects with attention to detail -Installation of asphalt, rubber and metal roofs -Installation of gutters -Installation of decks, railings and stairs -Replacement of trim, rot, facia and soffit, including azek or pvc -Installation of vinyl siding, all types -Installation of patios, walkways, granite steps, French drains Qualifications -Good attitude and have fun at work is a requirement - Proven experience in carpentry and labor work - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Knowledge of tile laying, frame carpentry, and door hanging - Familiarity with stucco work is a plus - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship -Drivers license and own transportation is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Portland, ME (Preferred) Work Location: In person
