Technical Consultant - Early Careers

OverviewWhere technology meets real-world problem solving. We are seeking business-focused Technical Consultants to join our Services team and help implement CCT's software as the casino finance backbone for our clients. In this role, you'll combine technical skills—such as SQL, C#, and XML—with an understanding of business and finance to integrate our solutions into complex casino environments. You'll work closely with client teams to ensure integrations are reliable, data flows accurately, and our software delivers real value. With hands-on training and support from experienced consultants, this role is ideal for students or early-career professionals who enjoy technology, problem-solving, and working with people to make software truly usable.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with client management to design and implement Insight Analytics in their environment—defining the integrations, configurations, and targeted custom development that complement existing systems and deliver high business value.Design and implement custom data solutions using SQL (and other tools as needed) to support analytics use cases, KPIs, and executive reporting.Configure, extend, and support the Insight Analytics platform—data feeds, transformations, calculations, and visualizations—tailored to each client's environment.Develop and optimize custom reports, stored procedures, and data processes that consolidate data across multiple casino systems to tell a clear, actionable story.Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: environment setup, integrations, data validation, UAT support, and go-live activities.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in client environments, including data quality, performance, and integration problems.Produce clear technical documentation (data mappings, configuration guides, runbooks) that supports ongoing operations and client self-sufficiency.Collaborate closely with Business Consultants, Product, and Engineering to ensure that solutions are aligned with client goals and Insight Analytics best practices.Provide production Support services for Insight Analytics clients, ensuring stability, reliability, and timely resolution of issues.Demonstrate outstanding customer service, professionalism, and relationship-building skills in all client interactions.Further Expectations of the RoleCollaborate with client management to design and implement Insight Analytics in their environment—defining the integrations, configurations, and targeted custom development that complement existing systems and deliver high business value.Design and implement custom data solutions using SQL (and other tools as needed) to support analytics use cases, KPIs, and executive reporting.Configure, extend, and support the Insight Analytics platform—data feeds, transformations, calculations, and visualizations—tailored to each client's environment.Develop and optimize custom reports, stored procedures, and data processes that consolidate data across multiple casino systems to tell a clear, actionable story.Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: environment setup, integrations, data validation, UAT support, and go-live activities.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in client environments, including data quality, performance, and integration problems.Produce clear technical documentation (data mappings, configuration guides, runbooks) that supports ongoing operations and client self-sufficiency.Collaborate closely with Business Consultants, Product, and Engineering to ensure that solutions are aligned with client goals and Insight Analytics best practices.Provide production Support services for Insight Analytics clients, ensuring stability, reliability, and timely resolution of issues.Demonstrate outstanding customer service, professionalism, and relationship-building skills in all client interactions.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a technical or business field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related).Proficient with MS SQL Server development (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, data modeling).Experience working with analytics, reporting, or BI solutions (data warehousing, dashboards, KPI reporting) is strongly preferred.Familiarity with visualization tools, powerBI, tableau, microstrategy, AWS, C#, and SQL technologies is a plus.Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills.Proven ability to work as part of a structured project team and with executive-level stakeholders.Ability to work on-site at client locations throughout North America.Travel Expectations: 10%.Ability to pass stringent background investigationsAbout CCTFounded in 2012, CCT pioneered revenue audit automation for land-based casinos, eliminating manual reconciliation processes and improving financial visibility.
