Traveling Finish Carpenter

Title: Traveling Finish Carpenter State: Colorado Reports to: Facilities Manager Supervises: N/A FLSA: Non-Exempt Department: Facilities and Maintenance Revision/Creation Date: January 1, 2026 Pay Range: $30.00- $40.00/Hourly Position Mission: Completethe final changes on trim and carpentry workfor different constructionprojects. Responsibilities Include: + Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications + Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, decking, furniture, etc. + Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks,hingesand closures + Collaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projects + Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment + Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite + Reading blueprints and designs to work to specifications prepared by other construction professionals, architects and building code recommendations + Completes other repairs as needed. + Deals with interruptions and successfullymanagesmultiple tasks. + Adheres to all company policies and procedures. + Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the company's values and standards. + Performs other related duties asrequiredand assigned. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: + Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (requiredforoperatinga companyvehicle). + Experience working incarpentryin the restaurant industry preferred. + 2+years of experienceinfinishcarpentryisa must. + Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule as dictated by the needs of the business + Must be able to work infast-paced, high-pressure environment with many interruptions. Attention to detail and a high degree of mental concentration are necessary for working on difficult projects, balancingnumeroustasks simultaneously, and meeting deadlines. + Works well under pressure and tight timelines + The ability to work weekends and travel as needed.Travel potentially up to90% Other Attributes: + Must be a self-starter, process and solutions focused + Enthusiastic and strong driver of the company's Mission and Core Values + Remain positive in high pressure and stressful situations + Demonstrates critical thinking, communication and relationship-building skills + Consistently takes initiative, works independently, sets priorities, makes judicious decisions, and meets deadlines. + Finishes duties and projects as required and assigned in an efficient and timely manner. + Understands what it takes to be successful in a matrixed organization and get stuff done + Works additional hours as needed. + Regular and punctual attendance.
