This is year-round, consistent work. No experience necessary; we are willing and want to train you in this trade.As a Technician, you will be responsible for:Install refacing materials on cabinets, including applying veneer and laminates to cabinet exteriorsPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairingReplace cabinet doors and drawers, ensuring precise alignment and fitEnsure all work is performed to standards for quality and customer satisfactionCommunicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless and professional experience To qualify for this position you must:Proven experience in kitchen or bathroom cabinet refacing, or similar carpentry and installation workPrevious experience in edge bandingProficiency in woodworking, including knowledge of tools and techniques for cabinet renovationAbility to measure, cut, and install materials with precisionHigh attention to detailHave a valid driver's license, insurance and vehicleHave clean driving record, within the past three yearsBe available 5 days a week Mon-Fri between the hours of 8am-5pmHigh school or equivalent (preferred)Ability to work multiple locations BenefitsFlexible SchedulePaid Time OffEarn Bonuses and Supplemental PayTraining and Continual EducationThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
